What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the insights and mentorship I’ve received throughout my career. One pivotal moment was attending WEFTEC 2015, where I learned from leaders who have dedicated their entire careers to the water industry that, in just 14 years, the demand for water could exceed supply by 40%. Experiences like this have shaped my understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
I am fortunate to have guidance from incredible mentors and colleagues, including Frank Slovenec, a partner and business strategist; Becky Sall; Graham Symmonds; Steve Lavey; and Kathryn Tack, my executive coach. Their support has reinforced the importance of building a strong professional network and continuously learning from others.
Outside of work, I prioritize activities that recharge me and keep me balanced—biking, walking my dog, dancing, exercising with my coach, and traveling with my family. These experiences not only sustain my energy but also inspire creativity and resilience in my professional life.
