Mary Leigh Enders

She is a versatile entrepreneur and management consultant with over two decades of experience in quality management systems, branding, graphic design, and property management. Currently serving as President of Management Systems Improvement, LLC, she assists clients in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO Standards. She also serves as Operating Partner at MSI and at JoshBoo, LLC, a property holding company with vacation rentals in Connecticut, Delaware, and the Bahamas under the brand Big Yellow House Rentals. She is the Owner of M.L. Enders Design, LLC, where she provides branding, marketing, graphic design, web design, and photography services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Policy from Young Harris College, where she served as Phi Delta Vice President and Pledge Educator and was a member of the Inter Greek Council. She is recognized as a strategic, creative, and results-driven professional who combines deep expertise in quality management with a passion for design, branding, and hospitality to help businesses and brands thrive.
