What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building my firm around a genuine passion for helping people. I didn’t start this practice for recognition or financial gain—I started it to advocate for those who need a voice and to make a meaningful impact in their lives. That purpose continues to drive everything I do.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the legal field is to know your worth, trust your instincts, and never underestimate the power of your voice. I’m passionate about empowering women in law and am committed to building a firm that uplifts and supports women attorneys. We rise by lifting each other.
