About Mary
Mary Hatcher is an office manager and project manager with three years of experience in restoration and six years in the construction field. She joined her family's construction company, initially managing both office operations and field work before transitioning more fully into project management. Hatcher is drawn to restoration work because it assists people in rebuilding after events such as fires, floods, and other natural disasters, often coordinating with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure approvals and timelines. She maintains an OSHA 30 certification and a suicide prevention certification. Hatcher was nominated for Women in Construction in February and participates in activities supporting her daughter's cheer team. She advises young women entering the industry not to shy away from roles they feel may not pertain to women, emphasizing that setting one's mind to a goal allows it to happen.
