Mary Palmer

Mary Palmer serves as a behavioral health clinician in Aurora, Colorado, where she works with children of all ages in mental health and behavioral health settings, with a focus on applied behavior analysis for clients including those with autism. Her path into the field began with supporting a younger sibling through mental health challenges and a passion for working with kids, leading her to pursue a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado as a first-generation college student. She has been practicing clinically for nine months, facilitating upskills groups that teach coping mechanisms and emotional regulation skills, along with art and music activities, and providing support during family meetings. Currently enrolled in a master's program in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Walden University with an expected graduation in 2027, Mary also volunteers by coaching sports teams for the YMCA.
