Her Interview

Ten minutes with Mary

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success is totally faith-driven. God opens doors and closes doors and knows exactly what He's doing. God has gotten me to where I am today.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You have to be flexible because every day's gonna be different and things are forever changing. Always have a plan B. Don't be afraid to meet people and build relationships because that's how you build your resources to help folks.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

There's a lot of competition and sometimes not enough resources available to help families. The cost of senior care is getting really expensive so many people can't afford it.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Having faith that God is gonna take care of me is number one. Being kind and flexibility because you never know what's gonna happen.
