She is an aviation training, in-flight leadership, performance coaching, and customer service professional with experience in frontline leader development, flight attendant training, safety planning, DEI facilitation, multilingual customer support, emergency response, curriculum development, and program management. She currently serves as In-Flight Development Lead at Delta Air Lines, supporting Field Service Managers through coaching, training, and operational readiness. Her background includes field service management and flight attendant leadership at Delta, inflight training leadership with Endeavor Air, and earlier education/community development work with the Peace Corps and the French Ministry of Education.
