About Mary

I am a dedicated higher education professional committed to student success, safety, and holistic development. With extensive experience in student conduct, academic integrity, and behavioral intervention, I have led high-level initiatives at Valencia College, University of Central Florida, and The Ohio State University, including policy development, staff training, and managing complex disciplinary and advocacy cases.

I bring a trauma-informed, student-centered approach to every role, balancing compliance, care, and education to support diverse campus communities. In addition to leadership in student conduct, I serve as adjunct faculty, mentor, and national contributor through the Association for Student Conduct Administration and advocacy organizations such as Soul Survivor Network. My work focuses on creating systems and programs that empower students, promote accountability, and foster safe and inclusive learning environments.
