Maryann Hrichak

An experienced immigration and global mobility professional, she advises corporate clients and individuals on visa petitions, green cards, citizenship applications, and complex immigration matters, with a strong track record in case preparation, compliance, and approval outcomes. She currently serves as a Senior Immigration Consultant at MH Global Immigration & Mobility and brings prior in-house and consulting experience from organizations including DPS Group Global and Ivalua, where she led end-to-end immigration processes, stakeholder guidance, vendor coordination, and policy training. Alongside her immigration expertise, she has a long-standing leadership and mentoring role with TechWomen as an Impact Coach and Cultural Mentor (and former Alumnae Council Co-Chair), coaching emerging women leaders in STEM, supporting action plans and grant pitches, and contributing to international leadership development initiatives.
