Beyond my career, I am deeply committed to mentoring and empowering young girls, serving as a cheer coach and helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's alot of hard work and long hours but the knowledge that you made a difference in someone's life however big or small is worth it in the end. Your name may not be remembered but your care and compassion will.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges are the constant short-staffing the medical field faces. This causes burnout in the staffing that is had.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are excellence, empowerment, and support. As a Phi Beta Kappa member, I strive for high standards and intellectual integrity in everything I do.
