Her Story

About Massiel

Massiel Mora is a Notary Public and Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who has built her career serving clients from her home base in Riverside, California. With more than 15 years of experience coordinating real estate transactions and roughly 13 years working as a notary — including 12 years as a certified signing agent — she has developed a reputation for reliability among the agents she supports. Operating primarily as a remote transaction coordinator, Massiel manages the full scope of a real estate file, from client communication and document compilation to uploading paperwork into online filing systems, all while promoting her notary services independently through local directory listings.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Massiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. She has applied this business foundation to her work across several roles in the real estate space, including positions with Keller Williams Realty and Move Home Realty, as well as through her own venture, Massiel's Mobile Notary. She is a member of the National Notary Association and supports breast cancer awareness efforts as part of her broader commitment to giving back to her community.

Massiel credits much of her professional growth to her perfectionist mindset, which keeps her striving for excellence in every transaction she handles. She holds honesty and a genuine desire to help others as central values in both her professional and personal life. For women just starting out in the industry, her advice is direct: the work demands resilience, and staying strong is essential to success. Looking ahead, she recognizes the challenge of maintaining visibility as a remote professional, but remains optimistic about the opportunities within an industry she describes as ever-expanding for agents and notaries alike.

I would tell young women entering this industry to stay strong, because this line of work is not for the weak.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

As a remote agent, one of my biggest challenges is staying visible and reminding people that I'm still active in this business, since my relationships with agents are my main source of income.
