What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, creativity, and a deep commitment to helping others transform their lives and homes. My ability to pivot, adapt, and recognize business opportunities where others see roadblocks has been a driving force behind my growth. I am also deeply motivated by my passion for supporting women, especially those reinventing themselves after 50, which informs everything I build and strive to achieve.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to “build the table you want to sit at,” which taught me to stop waiting for permission and instead create the opportunities I envisioned for myself and others. Embracing this mindset has allowed me to launch multiple businesses and step confidently into leadership roles, even in industries where I initially felt unsure of my footing.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Start with structure. Build your offer. Track your numbers. Delegate sooner than you think. You grow when you stop trying to do everything alone.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field are rising expectations, limited education on true staging standards, and the pressure to deliver high-impact results fast. Clients expect design-level quality with tight timelines. Realtors expect faster turnarounds. Sellers expect strong outcomes without understanding the work required. Many properties also need more than decor. They need decluttering, repairs, and hospitality-ready finishes. This creates workload pressure for staging companies that operate without systems.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide my work and my life are integrity, excellence, clarity, and service. I show up the same way with clients, partners, and my community. I tell the truth. I follow through. I set clear expectations. I deliver results with pride and precision. I value excellence. I hold a high standard for every space I touch and every business owner I support. Quality builds trust. Consistency builds reputation. I value clarity. I believe in simple steps, organized systems, and communication that removes confusion. Clarity protects relationships. It also protects outcomes.
I value service. My work is rooted in helping people improve their spaces and their lives. I take pride in knowing my skills make their path easier.
These values keep me grounded and aligned. They shape every decision I make as a founder and as a woman.
