With over a decade of experience, she has managed portfolios ranging from $7 million to $320 million, implementing innovative collections strategies and process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and optimize cash flow. Her work has spanned global firms, including Baker McKenzie, Procurement Partners, and ServicePoint IT, where she has consistently led high-performing teams and streamlined financial operations across multiple offices.
Currently serving as Senior Manager – Collections at Goodwin, Arleny focuses on driving operational excellence, building strong customer relationships, and leveraging technology to elevate revenue collection processes. She is recognized for her ability to align cross-functional teams, implement key performance indicators, and mentor staff to achieve both personal and organizational success.
A University of South Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Arleny holds certifications such as Credit Business Associate (CBA) from the National Association of Credit Management. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is passionate about mentoring youth, having volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, demonstrating her commitment to supporting growth and development both inside and outside the workplace.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is navigating and implementing the latest technology advances, particularly using AI.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are dedication to my career while also prioritizing family, as I am happily married and a proud parent to a four-year-old.
