I attribute my success to my passion for what I do. Even in high school, I loved math, and that enthusiasm has driven me to pursue and excel in my career.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always keep the long-term objective in mind while iterating on projects. Test and stress technologies early, stay actively engaged in the technical work, and leverage engineering fundamentals to increase the likelihood of commercial success.
