About Maureen
She is an accomplished development and philanthropy executive with over five years of experience leading fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and revenue growth across nonprofit organizations in the arts, healthcare, education, and civic sectors. Currently serving as Director of Development at The Florida Holocaust Museum, she leads all aspects of fundraising under the guidance of the Chief Development Officer. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Philanthropy at Chapters Health System Hospice, Director of Development at State Voices Florida, and Fundraiser at Independence Mission Schools in Philadelphia, where she supported high-quality education for students in underserved communities. She also served as a Fundraising Consultant at CAVU Fundraising Consultants. She is recognized as a strategic, relationship-driven, and mission-focused development professional who is deeply committed to advancing organizational impact through meaningful donor partnerships, innovative fundraising strategies, and a passion for social justice and community service.
