Ten minutes with Mavis
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to daily grounding practices, journaling, setting personal goals, and maintaining my personal identity separate from my roles as wife, mother, and professional. I am a faithful and spiritual person who recenters myself to remember my purpose, which helps me avoid getting lost in others' dreams and goals. This practice, learned through my health and wellness coaching certification, has been instrumental in keeping me balanced after 24 years of marriage and raising four children while building the practice.
