About Mavis
Mavis Loh is a business integrity and platform policy professional with expertise in AI operations and AI-first integrity operations, as well as program management. Since graduating in 2020 from Singapore Management University with a degree in business specializing in marketing and analytics, she has worked at Meta in integrity and customer support roles. Her responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering partners to manage projects, ensure accurate narratives and high-precision systems, review customer support cases for product feedback, and handle escalations involving bad PR or regulatory legal cases to identify product issues.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say really good managers, really good mentors that have been with me on my career. They help defend me and connect me to the right projects and senior leadership.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Talk to people, really connect with people not just from your field. Be a jack-of-all-trades and connect the dots across teams and functions.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Shut the noises out, let your work speak for itself. Go out, be an expert, show what you've done, and find really good allies.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Be curious and be hungry. Get your hands dirty and identify root causes by doing the detailed operational work.
