Maya Shalev

Maya Shalev is an entrepreneur with a background in both law and business. Originally from Israel, she earned a business degree and a law degree there in 2005. She began her entrepreneurial career in 2016 by creating a line of genomically designed utensils and feeding products for babies in Los Angeles, which she operated until selling the business in 2022. After moving to Colorado, she founded Letterly in 2025, a gifting company that produces customized trays made from recycled plastic bottles filled with fruits, nuts, candy, or chocolate. The company operates through the website letterly.me. In addition to her business pursuits, Shalev has engaged in mentoring via Zoom in Israel and volunteers with Jewish organizations in the United States. She aims to grow and eventually sell her current venture.
