Maya White

Maya White brings nearly 30 years of experience in operations, client delivery, and team leadership to her work in L&D enablement. She began her career in Australia running restaurants, including managing teams at the Opera Bar beneath the Sydney Opera House, where she was promoted to event manager. She later transitioned to managing hotels and event spaces, overseeing operations, logistics, and large teams, a passion she has pursued since her mid-20s. After the pandemic, she moved into corporate events and then spent the last five years in L&D enablement, delivering training and enablement programs for clients' go-to-market and client success teams. Maya holds a hospitality certificate from TAFE in Australia and was a Certified Meeting Planner for 10 years. She is currently seeking new opportunities following a recent layoff.
