She has progressed from account and marketing roles into senior executive positions, bringing strong expertise in client strategy, campaign management, creative production, and team leadership. She holds a B.A. in Marketing with an emphasis in International Business from Washington State University.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Definitely asking questions, staying curious. And I care a lot. Sometimes too much, but I do think that that actually does attribute to my success as well.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Get really really clear on what your values are, what you're looking for, what you would like to see come through from a work perspective aligned with those values. Ask a lot of questions and stay very curious, because you don't know what you don't know.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A big challenge is how best to apply AI, specifically in marketing and on the agency side, in ways that are responsible as well. It makes workflow easier but must be done responsibly without giving inaccurate pictures. The opportunity is the human touch, being proactive, and helping clients in ways AI can't replace.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity, being an honest person and truthful in what you're portraying. Staying curious and humility, knowing no one knows everything and there's always something more to glean from others.
