Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to perseverance and making sure I'm happy with what I'm doing. As long as I like what I'm doing and I feel fulfilled, then if I'm happy, that's my success right there. I've learned that if you get yourself into a work situation where you're completely unhappy and emotionally drained, it ends up physically draining you as well. So for me, success isn't just about accomplishments - it's about ending the day happy and doing work that makes me feel fulfilled. What I love most is getting things accomplished, checking items off my list, and knowing I've done meaningful work, even if a lot of what I do every day is work I don't get paid for. That sense of accomplishment and fulfillment is what keeps me going.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to start in a captive role with a reputable company rather than going independent right away. It allows you to gain experience, avoid the financial strain of paying for leads, and learn the business without the stress of managing frustrated clients. Once you’ve built a strong foundation, you can consider starting your own agency or going independent.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the high cost of lead generation and the difficulty of starting independently. On the other hand, there’s a significant opportunity to grow into an agency role or explore related business directions, which allows for long-term growth and diversification.
