Her Interview

Ten minutes with Meagan

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the resilience and ambition I developed from watching my mother raise six children on her own. My experiences in pharmaceuticals, volunteering, and raising my family strengthened my drive to help others, while surrounding myself with talented people and embracing challenges has helped me grow and succeed.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is not to let failure define my future or wait until I feel completely ready. I believe in building strong relationships, treating people with respect, and finding my voice without compromising who I am.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to pursue their dreams, know their worth, and never be afraid to ask for help. Stay authentic, build genuine relationships, and value meaningful human connections along the way.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges are building credibility as a woman CEO in a male-dominated industry, balancing leadership and motherhood through personal challenges, and keeping pace with evolving pharmaceutical and life science requirements. At the same time, these challenges are opportunities to build resilience, overcome self-doubt, and recognize the value I bring.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are integrity, honesty, kindness, accountability, and treating everyone with respect. I believe in working hard, staying curious and continuously learning, while maintaining genuine human connections and taking care of myself when needed. I also value innovation, flexibility, and being results-oriented while helping customers solve problems.
