What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my active involvement in leadership development programs and professional organizations, such as leadership academies and hospitality societies, which have strengthened my skills and expanded my network. I also credit my community engagement and hands-on experience in marketing and event execution, where I was able to apply my knowledge in real-world settings and develop practical expertise.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field include staying current with audience preferences and selecting programming that remains relevant and engaging. I also focus on pricing events to stay affordable for families while still filling a 1,876-seat venue.
An important opportunity is differentiating our center from larger regional markets by positioning it as a local destination, encouraging residents to enjoy entertainment and spend within the community.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values in my work and personal life are family and creating meaningful, family-friendly experiences that bring the community together. I am also committed to community engagement and accessibility, ensuring that schools and local residents feel welcomed and included in the venue.
