01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My best advice is be a sponge. Don't think you know everything. Be willing to learn. Be willing to fail. I think some people are scared to voice their opinions, or to go after something, because they're scared of failure, and it's in the failure that you learn, so I would say do those things.
