Ten minutes with Meaghan

01What do you attribute your success to?

My mentors across my career have been one of the biggest factors to my success. Having really open and honest communications with them, learning from them, and being able to disagree with them has been really rewarding and beneficial. I recommend everybody go get a mentor or two to have that sounding board and somebody in your corner.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Learn as much as you can. Do the work that makes you happy. Understand that things are gonna change, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse, but at the end of the day, it's all gonna work out. Get yourself a really good network with a mentor and your work besties. Keep your head up, keep learning, and roll with the punches.
