Medha X serves as a Senior Technical Product Manager in the technology and AI sector, with a focus on FinTech solutions. With 12 years of experience in the technological industry, she started her career as a software engineer before pursuing an MBA and moving into product management roles. In her current work, she builds agents that serve the finance and fintech industry. Medha values mentorship and follows the principle that perfection should not be the enemy of good, advocating for shipping initial product versions and iterating based on feedback. She encourages young women entering technical fields to follow their interest and passion in building solutions and solving problems analytically, to start building without concern for a male-dominated environment, and to stick to their roots so that growth finds them.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I've received is to not let perfection be the enemy of good. The first version of a product is never perfect, and it's always an iterative process. Whatever you build, just ship it and see how people take it in, then iterate and get better. I follow this and tell my engineers the same today.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you have the interest and passion in building solutions and solving problems analytically, and you're aligned with logical and analytical thinking, then just start building. Don't think about it being male-dominated or ego clashes. Stick to your roots, keep building, and your growth will find you.
