Her Interview
Ten minutes with Medha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I strongly believe that nothing is ever done by one person. There's always a huge network of people around us. It could be, like, my family, my mentors, my teachers, my coworkers, my managers. So I attribute my success to everyone around me who, like, supported me and made me see my own capacity.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice is that what you have in your hand, like, a bird in stone is worth two in a bush. What that means is what projects you have, regardless of how important or not you think that is, it is important, because it'll teach you certain skills, and just what you have in your hand, just make sure that you do it really well, without worrying, is somebody else getting a better project? Or where will this take me? Is this the right thing? Just, just do... just give your best. For everything that you're doing, and things will just fall into place.
