Meenal Iyer

Meenal Iyer serves as SVP of Data and Enterprise AI at SurveyMonkey, a role she has held for about eight months after four years with the company. She defines and executes the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap while also overseeing the data function to support stakeholders and drive business value. With 27 years of experience, she entered data after a Y2K project led her to a data warehouse initiative, later applying her expertise at Hotwire around 2003 to create impact through data. She has intentionally worked across industries and organization sizes, finding her strength in medium-sized companies. At Blackhawk Network for five and a half years, she managed cloud architecture transitions and consolidated data from 17 acquisitions while leading teams. At Macy's, she unified 28 teams into one function and standardized 28 tools into three, earning an award for the speed of the team consolidation.
