Her Interview
Ten minutes with Meera
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, independence, and a mindset of continuous growth. Throughout my life, I have learned that while we cannot always choose the circumstances we begin with, we can choose how we respond to them. That perspective taught me to take ownership of my future, invest in myself, and believe in my potential. Rather than allowing my circumstances to define my future, I challenged myself to think bigger, aim higher, and continually push beyond the limits I might have once believed were possible. I chose to focus on what I could control rather than what I couldn’t, and I believe those choices have been the greatest drivers of my success.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never let the fear of not feeling “ready enough” prevent you from pursuing an opportunity. If you’ve been entrusted with a seat at the table, it’s because someone recognized your character, preparation, work ethic, and potential. Remember that your circumstances do not define your future - your choices, resilience, and commitment to continuous growth do. Embrace every opportunity with confidence, continue learning, and never underestimate the value of your perspective. Confidence is built through action, and every challenge you embrace strengthens your ability to lead.
