Meera Ram

Meera Ram is a technical program and project management professional with 13 years of experience spanning banking, SaaS, and service industries. She currently serves as a Program Manager at Frost Bank in Houston, where she oversees the debit card and ATM platform. Throughout her career, Meera has developed expertise in technical program management, portfolio management, business systems, analytics, change management, and stakeholder engagement, consistently using data and objective analysis to drive informed decisions and meaningful results.

Before joining Frost Bank, Meera held progressive program and project management roles at The Mom Project and OpenStax at Rice University. At The Mom Project, she contributed to program management and business systems initiatives while also serving as a Chief of Staff Academy Fellow. Earlier at OpenStax, Meera managed cross-functional teams, technology workflows, product release cycles, dashboards, budgets, KPIs, and OKRs, while applying Agile methodologies to improve delivery and team effectiveness. Her earlier experience as a Credit Card Team Leader at Bass Pro Shops also gave her a foundation in financial services, customer service, analytics, and team leadership.
