About Megan
She is an engineering and operations professional with experience in commissioning, production supervision, R&D, and manufacturing support. She currently works as a Commissioning and Startup Hub Manager at Cargill, where she has held several engineering and production roles. She also has R&D experience with Ethicon, focusing on surgical device testing and development. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
