The best career advice I’ve ever received is to make time for the things that keep you grounded outside of work. For me, that means staying active—whether it’s exercising, getting outdoors, or playing basketball with my nieces. These activities help me reset, stay focused, and bring my best self to both my personal and professional life. Maintaining balance is what allows me to lead with clarity and purpose.
