Megan Coble has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and business management development. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, her primary expertise lies in laser hair removal services. She has served as an esthetician for the past 15 years, with a sole focus on skincare, wellness, and healthy ingredients. Megan earned her esthetician license from Studio Academy of the Beauty in Arizona and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Argosy University. She also possesses laser certification and has completed additional courses in Reiki and oncology knowledge for aesthetics to broaden her scope of practice. As a single mother of three sons, she balanced full-time work, college, and parenting while pursuing her education and leadership goals. Megan attributes her success to inspiring leadership early in her career and a commitment to continuing education as the industry evolves. She leads by example, working from the bottom up with her team and emphasizing that one can learn from everyone in any position. Her values center on communication, transparency, integrity, and morals. In addition to her professional work, Megan volunteers with sexually trafficked women, teaching care and makeup for career-oriented job interviews, and in the domestic violence sector, sharing knowledge on skincare, wellness, and beauty as a survivor herself. She advises young women entering the field to treat the beauty industry as their stage, perform with confidence, and build genuine connections with clients. She notes challenges in navigating competitive brands and tying client rapport to sales, but sees opportunities in creating unique, individualized client experiences.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having great leadership when I first started out that was inspiring, and to always wanting to sharpen my skill set through continuing education because things evolve.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice is you can learn something from everybody in each position. Never ask anyone on your team to do something that you're not willing to do yourself. Lead by example and work from the bottom up to ensure the team is strong.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Treat the beauty industry as your stage. Perform with your greatest confidence and attributes, be confident in who you are, because the biggest way to build clientele is genuine connections with your clientele.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges and opportunities are competitive brands and companies - know your competitors' pros and cons. Building client rapport tied with sales is a struggle but making client experience unique and individualized helps close sales.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Communication is essential, the key to all success for relationships and business. Transparency is important in business and professional life. I live a value of integrity and morals.
