01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It is a career of passion. You have to not just love children, but love working with children from multiple different backgrounds with multiple different needs. Make sure that you are taking care of yourself because burnout in this career field is super high. Take your vacation days and sick days. Never stop growing and looking for different trainings and different leaders in the field. Talk to people who have been doing it for a long time like your center director or district leader.
