About Megan
Megan Conn serves as a UI UX designer for the wind supply company located in Moraine, Ohio. After graduating with her associates from the Modern, she secured a summer internship that transitioned into a full-time position when her college closed permanently. She has contributed to a major UI revamp project for the company's website and is now leading a new project. Megan is passionate about UI UX design and plans to pursue certifications to sharpen her skills while considering future opportunities in game design and game UI UX. Outside of her professional work, she volunteers a few hours at the local food bank in Dayton, working in their greenhouse.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Honestly what kind of drove me through high school and college and basically everything is pushing through what adversaries I had gone through in my childhood and basically just setting myself up for the life that I know I deserve and have always wanted. I guess like constantly reminded myself of my why.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My biggest advice is probably find out what you want to do, find your passion, and go for it even if you don't feel like you're qualified. Go and get those opportunities anyway because you don't really know where it's going to take you and that's the only way you'll step outside your comfort zone and grow as a person.
