Her Story

About Megan

I am a dreamer, a believer, and a doer—someone who approaches life with optimism, intention, and a willingness to jump into new experiences. Whether I’m planning my next adventure or enjoying a quiet night in, I value balance, connection, and finding joy in both the big moments and the small ones.

A hopeful romantic at heart and a proud dog mom, I’m energized by the people, places, and passions that shape my world. I’m a dedicated BYU fan, an admirer of beaches, mountains, and sunsets, and someone who dreams of exploring the world one destination at a time.

Breakfast food is my love language, and I believe that a good meal and good friends can make any day better. Above all, I strive to bring authenticity, enthusiasm, and a sense of adventure into everything I do.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a blend of optimism, determination, and consistent hard work. I’m naturally a dreamer who sees possibility, but what turns those dreams into reality is the willingness to show up, put in the effort, and stay committed even when the path isn’t easy. I believe in working with purpose, following through, and doing the small things with excellence—because that’s what builds the big things over time.

I also credit my success to the joy I find in connection and meaningful experiences. Whether it’s the loyalty I’ve learned as a dog mom, the passion I bring as a BYU fan, or the grounding I find in both adventure and quiet moments, the people and experiences I care about keep me motivated and aligned with what matters.

And finally, I believe success is rooted in gratitude and the simple things that bring joy. Staying hopeful, staying kind, and staying true to who I am has shaped not just what I accomplish, but how I define success in the first place.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received actually comes in two parts, and together they’ve shaped the way I show up professionally and personally.

The first is: “Find your joy and bring it with you.”

This reminds me that joy isn’t something I have to wait for or depend on others to create—it’s something I choose and carry. It encourages me to approach my work with positivity, authenticity, and a sense of purpose, no matter the environment or challenge. Joy becomes less about circumstances and more about mindset.

The second is: “Come to each situation asking yourself: What can I bring to this, and what can I learn from this?

This advice has helped me stay grounded, open‑minded, and engaged. It challenges me to contribute intentionally—whether with ideas, support, or effort—while also remaining teachable. Every person and every moment have something to offer if I’m willing to lean in with curiosity and humility.

Together, these pieces of advice remind me to show up fully, lead with gratitude and growth, and create value wherever I go.
