Megan Kollross
Megan Kollross is the Founder and CEO of Common Confidential, a sexual wellness brand that invites people to slow down and reconnect through intimacy, presence, and touch. Built from her own lived experiences, the brand emerged from a desire to create clean, body-safe products that support real connection — not performance. What began as a response to a quiet gap in the market has grown into a trusted brand used by thousands of couples to deepen their relationships in intentional, meaningful ways.
Beyond her work as an entrepreneur, Megan is an Integrative Counselor whose approach weaves together wellness, nutrition, emotional health, and sexual health. Her work centers on helping individuals come back to themselves — strengthening self-worth, rebuilding trust in their inner voice, and creating lives that feel grounded, aligned, and sustainable. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Megan’s work is deeply personal, shaped by curiosity, listening, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
With a background in social media and creative strategy, Megan brings a thoughtful, intentional lens to every brand and project she touches. She believes that how something is communicated matters just as much as what is being offered, and her work reflects a commitment to honesty, clarity, and depth. Her perspective has been shaped by resilience and reinvention, including a personal health crisis that shifted how she approaches life, work, and ambition. Today, Megan continues to expand Common Confidential, advance her training in sexuality counseling, and collaborate with brands and individuals who value authenticity, self-trust, and meaningful connection.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a personal health journey I experienced several years ago. Facing a cancer diagnosis shifted my perspective on life and gave me the clarity to take risks and pursue what truly matters to me. It reminded me that life is short and unpredictable, and that we should invest our energy in pursuing meaningful goals without hesitation.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve received is that you can do far more than you think you can. Early in life, I was often told what I wasn’t good at, which caused me to avoid opportunities. Now I know that I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to, and it’s never too late to pursue your passions.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women that they are capable of much more than they believe. Trust yourself, take risks, and pursue what excites you, even if it feels uncertain. Do not let fear or societal expectations limit your ambitions—your abilities are far greater than you realize.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in the sexual wellness and intimacy space is the growing demand for clean, organic, and thoughtfully designed products that prioritize connection and well-being over mere functionality. There is also a challenge in ensuring accessibility and education, helping people embrace intimacy as a deeper, more meaningful experience.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values I hold most dear are authenticity, presence, and creativity. I prioritize being true to myself and others, cultivating genuine connections, and creating work that inspires meaningful experiences. Curiosity, empathy, and resilience also guide both my personal and professional choices.
