Starting in administration and gradually moving into coordination roles taught me the importance of patience, research, and understanding the technical side of solar—skills that now allow me to problem-solve effectively and build trust with customers.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep trying, keep plugging away, and keep working at what you’re passionate about.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Despite widespread turnover and layoffs across the industry, our company has doubled in size over the past year—a challenge, but also an incredibly rewarding opportunity to grow alongside the team.
