Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistency, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to people. Throughout my career in recruiting and healthcare, I’ve focused on building scalable systems while keeping the human experience at the center.

I’ve learned that sustainable success comes from doing the right things repeatedly, staying open to change, and surrounding yourself with strong leaders who challenge your thinking. I’ve been fortunate to learn from leaders who model clarity and integrity, which has shaped my approach.

I’ve also been willing to step into opportunities before feeling fully ready, trusting that growth happens in real time. I credit my parents as well, who instilled in me the importance of respect, accountability, and a strong work ethic, values that continue to guide how I show up today.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve received is that your reputation follows you longer than any job title ever will. Titles may change, but how you show up, your integrity, your work ethic, and how you treat people, leaves a lasting impression.

That perspective has shaped how I approach every opportunity. I focus on being consistent, reliable, and respectful in every interaction, knowing those moments define your professional reputation far more than any title.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Have the confidence to know you belong in the room, and don’t apologize for doing your job or taking up space.

That intentionality should carry into how you communicate and where you focus your energy. Your work matters, but so does your visibility and your voice, so prioritize the work that aligns with your goals and long-term growth rather than trying to do everything.

At the same time, invest in building strong relationships early. The connections you make will shape your career in ways you can’t always predict.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The demand for care continues to rise, and it requires a thoughtful approach to scaling in a way that remains consistent and sustainable.

At the center of that is people. Recruiting and retaining clinicians is more competitive than ever, and it goes beyond filling roles. It’s about creating an environment where clinicians feel supported, equipped, and able to do their best work.

For me, it comes down to being intentional. When we build strong teams and clear systems, we’re not just responding to demand, we’re creating something sustainable.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, accountability, and empathy are foundational to how I lead and live. Following through on commitments and treating people with respect are non-negotiables, and empathy is what brings those values to life. It shapes how I understand others, build trust, and show up consistently.

I also place a strong value on developing people. I focus on meeting individuals where they are, recognizing their strengths, and helping them reach their full potential by creating an environment that is both supportive and challenging.

Above all, I value being intentional. Not striving for perfect balance, but being present in what matters. Success is important, but how you achieve it and the impact you leave behind matters just as much.
