About Megan
Megan Schofield is a business development professional specializing in the senior living sector at Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. She founded Connect with Purpose LLC to bridge professionals across multiple industries through networking events, a community calendar, and targeted groups such as the Young Professionals Social Club of Chicagoland and Leading Ladies in Senior Services. Schofield earned her undergraduate degree in interdisciplinary health and human services with a minor in psychology and concentrations in biology and chemistry, followed by a master's degree in health administration. Her professional credentials include certification as a Senior Advisor and as a Dementia Practitioner. She serves as an ambassador for the Arlington Heights Chamber and as membership chair for the Seniors and Law Enforcement Together Triad of Rolling Meadows, and she was nominated for Young Professional of the Year by the Palatine Chamber for 2026.
