Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong work ethic my parents instilled in me and growing up in a family that owned restaurants, which taught me the value of hard work and relationships early on. Being immersed in the food industry from a young age shaped my career path and continues to guide how I approach my work today.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to push through imposter syndrome and take the leap—brokers I worked with encouraged me to try the brokerage side of the business, and trusting myself enough to do that changed everything.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Push through imposter syndrome, stop waiting until you check every box, and go after the roles and opportunities you want—you’re often more ready than you think.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges is that women often under-apply for roles due to confidence gaps, while a major opportunity lies in recognizing that women ages 30–50 hold significant purchasing power and are a key driver for advertisers and product placement.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Hard work, being present for my family, perseverance, and maintaining a positive, resilient mindset are the values that guide both my work and personal life.
