About Megan
I am an experienced executive assistant and administrative professional with a strong track record of supporting C-suite leaders and managing complex operations across multiple industries. I currently serve as Senior Executive Assistant at Gildan, a role I have held since December 2025, where I provide high-level support to executive leadership and ensure seamless operations within the executive team.
Prior to this, I spent nearly four years at Hanesbrands Inc., where I served as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and C-Suite, managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, preparing detailed reports, facilitating communication among top executives, and supporting Board of Directors meetings. I also served as Executive Assistant II, supporting the EVP and Chief General Counsel, EVP of Supply Chain, President of Activewear, and three VP Deputy General Counsels, managing calendars, arranging meetings, handling expense reports, planning complex meetings, and assisting with Board of Directors and Trustees meetings.
Before Hanesbrands, I served as Executive Assistant and Human Resources Generalist at ALKEGEN, where I provided gatekeeper and gateway support to the President, supervised and mentored office staff, created and implemented the HR Hoshin Strategy Deployment, managed all aspects of office services, completed new hire paperwork, ran payroll, and assisted in recruitment efforts. I also served as Office Manager at Kager Brewer Construction, Inc., where I streamlined new hire, purchasing, project tracking, billing, and HR processes, organized weekly staff meetings, managed the yearly Worker's Compensation Audit, and decreased expenditures by fifteen percent.
Earlier in my career, I served as Administrative Assistant at Wyndham Destinations, assisting two Regional Vice Presidents of Resort Operations who oversaw thirty-one resorts, running daily reports, approving P-Card packets and expense reports, verifying invoices, reviewing contracts, maintaining calendars, coordinating annual regional conferences, and working closely with corporate partners on sensitive matters.
