Ten minutes with Megha

01What do you attribute your success to?

I am still always highly motivated to achieve things. I really want to achieve something in life and be successful in my career and in the field that I've chosen. That keeps me motivated and I keep working hard for that. It comes from within myself that I just want to be a successful person in life and be known and become an example to others, to the little girls.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is never to give up and just treat your failures and successes equally. If you fail, just be encouraged enough to rise next day, and if you're successful, enjoy and celebrate that for sure. It's just not to give up and keep showing up and definitely you'll be successful one day.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would like to advise them just to work hard and don't worry about the results, whether if you fail or anything that happens, just keep working hard and keep stay focused on your profile and keep working on it. Also encourage spend some time invest some time in yourself like do some development. Invest in yourself and love yourself because you are the only one of your persons so just give yourself enough time and enough training so you can excel in your field and just keep working hard towards your goals.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The challenges I would say it's when it comes to work-life balance and in your personal life balance. As a woman I always feel that I wish I could have spent more time with my kids or I could have spent more time at work so sometimes I really struggle what is more important to me. Finding that balance between your work life and personal life is something I think it's really challenging to every woman. These days companies are providing a lot of work-from-home opportunities or hybrid positions that really helps.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I really believe working work ethics having a good work ethics and then staying honest whether it is your work or your relationships just doing giving your 100% when you are into something just give your 100%. And stay focused don't be distracted. So I think yeah these are all good advices I would like to give.
