Her Interview
Ten minutes with Megha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my family—especially my father, Manish, my mother, Deepak, and my brother, Mohit. Their encouragement, belief in me, and constant support have been the foundation that has allowed me to pursue opportunities, stay resilient, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that it’s not always enough to put your head down and just do the work—sometimes visibility matters just as much. Sharing your work, speaking up, and making your contributions known can open doors and create opportunities for growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don’t be afraid to raise your hands and ask questions instead of keeping your silence thinking it might sound stupid. I have been able to grab a few opportunities at work just by having the courage to ask questions.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating constant change brought upon by the rapidly changing workspace —new tools, and evolving expectations especially with the proliferation of AI technology. At the same time, this creates opportunity and potential pools of efficiency for those who stay adaptable, continue learning, and use data thoughtfully to drive impact and innovation.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are honesty, humility, and hard work. I strive to show up with integrity, stay grounded and open to learning, and consistently put in the effort needed to do meaningful work and grow as a person.
