Meghan Garsey
Meghan Garsey is a dedicated and accomplished facilities management professional with over 13 years of experience at Aramark Facilities Management. Currently serving as District Manager, she leads a team of 54 managers and 500 union employees, overseeing support services across academic, research, event, and residential facilities at the University of Pennsylvania. Her career reflects a strong focus on operations management, talent development, and process improvement, with a proven track record in financial and team performance.
A Neumann University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, Meghan has earned professional certifications including Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) and ISSA Certification Expert. She has been recognized as one of Aramark’s “Under 40” top high-performing individuals in 2024, highlighting her leadership, dedication, and impact within the organization.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay curious, ask questions, and remember that you don’t have to have it all figured out right away.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family, teamwork, and staying active, with a love for sports and attending family events.
