Meghan Gerrity

I started my career on the agency side, working for a pharma agency in New York. After that, I transitioned to the brand side, working in digital and social media as well as creator work. I spent that time really working with legacy brands, bringing them to dominance with younger millennial and Gen Z audiences, working for brands like Domino Sugar and Gerber the Baby Food. Then I moved over to brand management, which is what I had gotten my MBA in the hopes of becoming. At the time, I was a director for the American Dairy Association and took a role with Ferrero on their Tic Tac Mint brand as an associate brand manager. I felt like I had come to a plateau in my digital social creator life and wanted to become more of a general manager. Then I had an opportunity to work for Sabra, the hummus company, under PepsiCo on their innovation, which was really exciting because I had a lot of experience on the comms and media side, so getting that innovation experience was wonderful for expanding my skill set. After that, I became a brand manager at Dr. Prager's, a better-for-you frozen veggie burger company, where I handled everything from innovation to the pipeline to go-to-market strategy for new innovations and working on equity business campaigns. Most recently, I had an opportunity to work with Kenvue on their Neutrogena Sun brand. My current role is focused on comms and activations for Neutrogena Sun, which is the number one sunscreen in America. This is something I'm really passionate about because both my parents and my brother have melanoma, so working on something that's able to protect people from the sun and still let them enjoy their time outside is really meaningful to me. It seems like the perfect fit and a culmination of all the work I've done across digital, social creator, innovation, and now this general manager role. It's been a dream to work with a brand that I really believe in - my medicine cabinet and bathroom are filled with all Kenvue products.
