Her Story
About Meghan
She is a retail, restaurant, and operations professional with experience in team leadership, training, mortgage processing, underwriting support, customer service, and profit and loss management. She currently works as an Office Manager at Independence Home Loans. Before IHL, she held Operations Management experience with The Buckle, where she focused on exceptional guest experiences with merchandising the store and acting as a personal stylist for guests who came in. Before The Buckle, she held Operations Team Lead with United Wholesale Mortgage with the internal title team (TRAC). Her entire work ethic kickstarted with Panda Express, where she worked for 10 years, and held various roles from Counter Help, ending with General Manager.
Meghan holds many certifications and awards with her time with Panda Express. These include but are not limited to; Highest EcoSure scoring, Development of Associates, Highest GEM Scores, Food Quality Scores, and Drive Thru Happiness awards.
Meghan has participated in many Landmark forums and classes, which has helped get her to where she is in her careers.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my constant want to continue to learn, which comes from my Grandmother. She raised me along side with my dad to be curious, keep learning, ask questions, and don't settle for less than what you know you are worth.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received has been to just go for it. Each role, each new thing, is always going to intimidate you. If you don't take the risk, you never know what you will be missing out on. Try it, and if you don't like it, find the next step to your success.
