Her Story

About Meghan

Meghan Lyles is a fulfillment and mindset mastery mentor and Master Elite Mentorship Trainer who helps successful men and women break free from feeling stuck and create lives characterized by greater purpose, confidence, freedom, and authentic fulfillment. As an Elite Mentorship Forum Master Trainer, she facilitates transformational learning experiences designed to strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, personal responsibility, and self-mastery. Through immersive workshops and coaching, she helps individuals identify unconscious beliefs and behavioral patterns, challenge limiting perspectives, and develop practical approaches for creating lasting personal and professional change. Lyles also serves as a Certified Unlock Your Life Coach, guiding clients through self-discovery and transformation across areas including health, wealth, relationships, and meaning. Her approach centers on helping people understand themselves rather than attempting to “fix” them, with an emphasis on recognizing blind spots, understanding personal values, releasing limiting beliefs, and making choices that reflect who they authentically are. She studied psychology at IUPUI and ultimately chose a coaching and mentorship model that emphasizes active participation and personal responsibility. Her philosophy includes the importance of continuing personal development, building self-trust through action, and moving beyond external approval toward greater authenticity and fulfillment. Mentorship, community, and service are central to Lyles’ work. She is passionate about helping others recognize their potential and believes that meaningful growth is strengthened by accountability, supportive relationships, and a willingness to keep learning. She volunteers with Brooks Place, an Indianapolis-area organization providing grief support to children and young adults, serving on its event-planning committee, volunteering at events, and contributing financially when possible. Through her coaching and mentorship work, Lyles continues to encourage people to stop waiting for the “right” circumstances, reconnect with what genuinely matters to them, and take the next steps toward creating a life that feels purposeful, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Meghan

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute much of my success to my children and to my desire to help people and create a positive impact in the world. My sons have been a tremendous source of motivation for me, and I want my life to demonstrate what is possible while recognizing that they ultimately get to choose their own paths. My work is also deeply connected to my desire to help people understand themselves, recognize their potential, and create meaningful change in their lives.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the most meaningful lessons I have learned is that personal development is never truly finished. We can revisit the same areas of growth at different stages of our lives and discover entirely new insights and breakthroughs. I have also learned the importance of taking responsibility for my own growth and being willing to do the work rather than waiting for someone else to change my circumstances.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to have a strong “why” and when you feel the fear, do it anyway. When you have a compelling enough reason for pursuing something, that purpose can carry you through difficult periods. Fear is inevitable, so the goal is not to wait until you feel fearless or completely ready; it is to learn how to move forward while the fear is still there. I also encourage women to recognize that growth is an ongoing process. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Take the next step, do the work, keep learning, and allow confidence and self-trust to develop along the way. Surround yourself with people who are committed to growth and who support you in becoming the person you want to be.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see a significant opportunity to help successful people who have accomplished many of the things they once believed would make them happy but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled. Many people become highly capable at meeting expectations, achieving goals, and managing responsibilities without necessarily stopping to ask whether the life they have created is truly aligned with who they are and what they want. I believe there is also an opportunity to help people move beyond simply understanding their patterns intellectually and toward actually transforming them. My work focuses on helping individuals recognize unconscious beliefs and behaviors, understand their values, develop greater self-awareness and emotional mastery, and take personal responsibility for creating change. I also believe community, accountability, and meaningful relationships are important parts of that process.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value authenticity, personal responsibility, growth, self-awareness, connection, purpose, fulfillment, and helping others. I believe people can create meaningful change when they become willing to understand themselves more deeply, recognize the beliefs and patterns influencing their lives, and take responsibility for the choices they make.

I also value community and relationships. I believe we benefit from surrounding ourselves with people who are committed to growth and who can provide encouragement, accountability, and support. Ultimately, I want my work and my life to contribute positively to the people around me and to help others experience greater purpose, confidence, freedom, and authentic fulfillment.
