What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining a strategic mindset, staying calm and clear under pressure, and honing strong communication skills. I also credit my growth to a continuous willingness to learn from exceptional leaders and diverse teams throughout my career.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to seek out strong role models and learn from those who are doing the work you aspire to do. Upon observing them, you may find that what you aspire to do and who you aspire to be is different than you originally imagined.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust your instincts, and remember that building meaningful relationships and gaining real-world experience can be just as valuable—if not more—than formal credentials. Look to the people you want to emulate, reach out to understand what they prioritize to achieve their success, and cultivate supportive connections along the way.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I see the biggest challenges in marketing today as standing out in an AI-driven, content-saturated environment. At the same time, the greatest opportunities lie in authentic brand storytelling, creating emotionally resonant messaging, and developing integrated strategies that connect marketing more deeply to the overall business mission.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life include authenticity, clarity, trust, and integrity. I also prioritize alignment between what a brand promises and how it genuinely serves people, particularly in industries that impact health and well-being.
I am passionate about building meaningful professional connections, supporting women entrepreneurs, and collaborating with organizations whose missions create real-world impact in areas such as healthcare, mental health, and community well-being.
