Her experience includes SQL, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, experimentation, and data storytelling. Among her notable accomplishments, she developed an analytics and insights framework that helped increase subscription rates from 24% to 31%, contributed to a $200,000 reduction in vendor costs through ROI analysis, and used data-driven recommendations to help increase sales by 15% in an earlier role.

She attributes her professional growth to the trust and support of her family and places a strong emphasis on continuous learning. As AI continues to reshape analytics and e-commerce, she views adaptation and effective use of emerging technology as essential opportunities for the next generation of data professionals.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Meghana

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute much of my success to my family and the trust they have placed in my abilities and skills. Their encouragement and support have given me the confidence to pursue opportunities, transition into data analytics, and continue developing professionally. Their belief in me has been an important foundation throughout my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to always keep learning. I believe continuous learning is essential, particularly in a field like analytics and e-commerce where technology, customer behavior, and digital strategies are constantly evolving.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to start doing it rather than waiting until everything is perfect. Build the website, try different approaches, experiment, and learn from what works and what does not. I encourage young women to explore different opportunities and ultimately identify the path and approach that works best for them.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The rise of artificial intelligence is both a challenge and an opportunity. Professionals need to adapt to the changes AI is bringing to analytics and e-commerce while learning how to leverage these technologies effectively. I believe the opportunity lies in understanding AI and using it as a tool to enhance decision-making, productivity, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Kindness, empathy, transparency, clarity, trust, and compassion are especially important to me. I believe that being able to communicate clearly, treat others with empathy and kindness, and build relationships based on trust creates a stronger foundation both professionally and personally.
